Dexter & Charlotte recently completed a garden log cabin project. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Would definitely recommend
Family run landscaping and groundworks in Chobham, Surrey since 2010
Siviter Projects is a family run landscaping and groundworks company based in Chobham, Surrey. We have been established since 2010, and in that time we have built patios, driveways, fences, garage conversions and groundworks for homeowners across Surrey and the Berkshire borders.
Owner Dexter Siviter spent years working in the building trade before setting up on his own. That grounding shows in how we work: we get the base right, we build to last, and we take pride in a job done properly rather than a job done quickly.
We are fully insured, and we run our own mini digger and plant, so we can take a project from bare ground through to a finished garden without handing parts of it off to others. One team, one point of contact, start to finish.
Above all we work to your vision within your budget. We listen to what you want, give honest advice, price it clearly, and deliver workmanship you can be proud of. That is what has kept us busy and recommended across the area for over a decade.
We are based in Chobham and cover Surrey and the Berkshire borders, including Camberley, Windlesham, Bagshot, Woking, Bracknell, Windsor and Maidenhead. If you are just outside that, call us on 07588 688687 and we will let you know.

Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and build every job properly from the ground up, so it lasts. If anything is not right, we put it right.
We price on the size of the job, the materials you choose and the groundworks involved. We work to your vision within your budget and give you a clear fixed price before we begin, with no hidden extras.
We lay on a Type 1 MOT sub base compacted to 150mm, then bed every slab on a full sand and cement mix. That is what keeps a patio level and free draining for years.
We install porcelain, natural sandstone, granite and concrete paving. We help you choose a finish that suits your home, your budget and how you want to use the garden.
Most patios fall between £3,000 and £50,000 depending on size, materials, access and any groundworks. We give you a clear fixed quote after seeing the space.
Yes. Falls, drainage, steps, edging and raised sleeper beds are all planned in from the start so the finished patio drains properly and works with your garden.
It depends on the size and the groundworks, but most domestic patios take from a few days to a couple of weeks. We give you a timeline as part of your quote.
We install resin bound, block paving and shingle driveways. We talk you through which surface suits your home, budget and how much use the drive gets.
Driveways typically range from £5,000 to £50,000 depending on area, surface and the groundworks needed. You get a clear quote before any work starts.
Yes. We plan surface water drainage from the start, using permeable resin, channel drains or a soakaway as needed, so you meet the rules and water runs away from your home.
Built on a properly compacted, edged sub base, a driveway will last many years. The base and edging matter as much as the surface, and we do not cut corners on either.
Yes. We dig out and take away the old surface and any spoil as part of the job, and leave the site clean.
The tallest you can have domestic boundary fencing without planning permission is generally 2m. We will advise on the right height and style for your boundary.
We fit close-board and feather-edge fencing, panel fencing, post and rail, and paddock fencing, with concrete or timber posts, plus gates and lattice tops where you want them.
Most fencing projects fall between £2,000 and £15,000 depending on length, height and materials. We give you a clear quote after measuring the run.
Both. We recommend the right posts for the job, and set every post firmly so the fence stays straight and secure for years.
Yes. We take down and take away your old fencing and posts as part of the job, and leave the boundary tidy.
It depends on factors like the scope of the work and your area's permitted development rights. Many garage conversions do not need planning permission, but the work must meet Building Regulations. We will guide you through what yours needs.
We handle the whole job: bricking up the opening, fitting new windows or doors, damp proofing, insulating, running electrics, laying flooring and plastering out to a finished room.
Most conversions start from around £15,000 depending on the size of the garage and how you want the room finished. We survey yours and give you a clear price.
A typical single garage conversion takes a few weeks depending on specification. We give you a clear timeline as part of your quote.
